Hide, Don’t Shriek
When the neighbour comes close, hide! He won’t find you as long as you get into your hiding place unseen.
Finders Keepers
Did the neighbour spot you just as you got close to an important item? Grab it anyway! You will still have it after getting caught.
Listen Up
Breaking a window will attract the neighbour’s attention. This can be used to your advantage, luring him away from a room you want to get inside.

My Closet Friend
If only you had made it to the closet without being seen, you could have hidden in there. It is important to remember that you can hide under things, too. Even something as simple as closing doors behind you helps you stay hidden.
Four Real
You can only carry four items at a time, so you will sometimes need to think carefully about what to take. Even junk can be useful, though – it can be thrown to break a window or knock out a security camera.
Here He Comes
The neighbour has seen you! Hiding won’t work now, so you need to run away and find someplace safe. You cannot stop him, but there are ways to slow him down – and ways for him to slow you down, too.
Environmental Health
Always pay close attention to your surroundings. If something looks useful – a key, a handle, a magnet – you will almost definitely need it eventually. If something looks broken or out of place, investigate, although many things are just there for decoration.
